1 General Terms & Conditions

By accessing ng99, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using ng99.

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between ng99 and you. ng99 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Register

A personal account is required to use ng99's services. You must provide accurate and truthful information at registration. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

• Each person may only one account open.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
• Accounts may not be shared with or transferred to a third party.
• The mobile number or email provided at registration must be verified.
• A national ID card or passport may be requested for identity verification.

Ng99 may request additional identity verification at any time, particularly for large withdrawals. Payments may be held until this verification process is completed.

3 Age Requirement & Eligibility

Ng99 is strictly prohibited for users under 18. You must confirm you are at least 18 years old when registering. ng99 may request a government-issued ID to verify your age at any time.

• Registrants must be residents of Bangladesh.
• Ng99 cannot be accessed from countries where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Individuals with mental incapacity or those declared ineligible by a court of law are not permitted to use this service.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits on ng99 can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods. All deposits must be made in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 500
• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 1,000
• Withdrawals can only be made to your registered payment method.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Large withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification.

Ng99 will never ask for your bank or mobile banking PIN or password. If anyone claims to represent ng99 and requests this information, it is a scam — report it to our support team immediately.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Ng99 regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page. Please read those terms before claiming any bonus.

• Each bonus can only be claimed once unless stated otherwise.
• The welcome bonus is for new members only — once per person.
• A specific wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering Requirement must be met.
• If you attempt to claim bonuses by opening multiple accounts, both accounts will be closed.
• Ng99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

Bonus funds and real money are tracked separately. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met, though this does not affect your original deposit.

6 Betting Rules

There are some core betting rules on ng99 that all players must follow. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Make sure you are certain before placing any bet.

• Any round interrupted by a technical issue during a live game will be considered void and bets will be refunded.
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, all wagers will be refunded.
• In the event of a dispute over a game outcome, ng99's decision will be considered final.
• Maximum bet limits are set individually for each game and market.
• Ng99 reserves the right to investigate any unusual betting patterns detected on the platform.

7 Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on ng99 to maintain a fair environment. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure and may lead to legal action where applicable.

• Creating multiple accounts.
• Manipulating or abusing the platform to exploit bonuses.
• Using automated bots or software to play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial transactions.
• Attempting to harass or defraud other users.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to ng99's systems.
• Depositing or withdrawing using a third-party payment method.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your ng99 account at any time by contacting the support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

• As part of responsible gaming, you may choose to temporarily or permanently self-exclude Self-Exclusion request.
• Ng99 may suspend any account without prior notice for violations of these rules.
• Inactive accounts with no activity for more than 12 months may be declared dormant.
• Identity verification is required to reactivate a dormant account.

9 Limitation of Liability

Ng99 is an entertainment platform. Winning and losing are both part of gaming. ng99 is not liable for any financial losses resulting from your gaming decisions.

• Ng99 is not obligated to compensate for games interrupted due to connectivity issues or technical problems, but we will make every effort to provide a fair resolution.
• Ng99's liability for issues caused by third-party game providers is limited.
• Ng99's liability may be reduced in force majeure situations such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or similar events.

10 Dispute Resolution

For any complaints or disputes, please contact ng99's customer support team first. We generally aim to resolve complaints within 48 hours.

• From the date the complaint is submitted 30-day If not resolved within that period, alternative channels may be pursued.
• In all disputes, ng99's internal logs and records will serve as the official evidence.
• Server logs are the definitive proof in any dispute over game outcomes.

Ng99 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of major changes via their registered mobile number or email. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
